By installing or using the AmzSync browser extension ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AmzSync is a Chrome extension that retrieves publicly available product information from Amazon websites and transfers it to the user's own WooCommerce store or exports it as a CSV file. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Plans and usage limits

• Free plan — $0 per month, limited to 15 imported products per calendar month.
• Pro plan — $9.99 per month, unlimited imports, billed as a recurring subscription until cancelled.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer law. License keys are personal, limited to a small number of activated devices, and may not be shared.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of Amazon and any other website you use the Service with.
• You are responsible for the products you import into your store, including pricing accuracy, image rights, and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your WooCommerce API credentials secure.

5. Intellectual property

Product data accessed through the Service belongs to its respective owners (typically Amazon and its sellers). AmzSync transfers data at your direction but claims no ownership of, and grants no rights to, such data. The AmzSync software itself is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or WooCommerce. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scraped data will always be complete or accurate, as it depends on third-party websites that may change at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on this page.
